WHAT TO EXPECT We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience professional to oversee the daily operations of our Berlin office and play a key role in the region's ongoing growth and development. In this role, you will not only support our local team but also collaborate with colleagues across Braze to drive global workplace and employee experience initiatives. As our Berlin office expands, we’re looking for builders - resourceful, hands-on individuals who thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where needed. This position sits within the People Team and reports to the Regional Manager, Workplace Experience - EMEA. Braze is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, and we need a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and proactively enhances the employee experience. You’ll maintain a strong pulse on the needs of our Berlin employees and be adaptable to evolving global conditions and workplace dynamics.
