This role sits at the intersection of workplace strategy, employee experience, real estate, operations, and culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive workplace experience vision that supports how Crestans work, connect, and thrive across our global offices. From shaping our long-term workplace strategy and leading office expansions to overseeing employee experience initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, you will play a critical role in how employees experience Cresta. You will balance strategic planning with operational excellence, translating business needs into exceptional workplace
