ABOUT AUCTOR Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation. We’re going after one of the biggest software categories of the decade. THE ROLE As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will directly contribute to employee wellness as well as the culture of Auctor workplace as the company continues to grow . That means you'll own everything from organizing team activities and events, designing people programs, to managing our Chelsea location and office supplies. Some weeks you're solving logistics problems to maximize people productivity. Other weeks you're architecting an offsite that brings the team closer together. Some weeks you're managing budgets, systems, and processes. An important part of this role is working with the CEO and executive team to ensure their schedules are optimized and that they have all the tools and resources to perform at a high-level. This is a 5 day a week, 9 to 5 in-office role. RESPONSIBILITIES - Office Operations You own the physical workspace and daily logistics. That means vendor management, facilities coordination, supplies, maintenance, workspace optimization, and making sure the office runs smoothly. - Team Culture & Events You'll conceptualize and execute team events, activities, milestone celebrations, and company offsites.
