Must Have
Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, Several years of experience in facility management, workplace services, or similar role, Successfully managed vendor relationships and service delivery

What You'll Do.
Serve as on-site key point of contact for
Interact regularly with client stakeholders
Proactively engage end users
Ensure a professional JLL image and excellence in
Create memorable experiences for clients
Embody JLL's Human Experience culture
Ensure vendors deliver services on time
Manage vendor procurement
Act as single point of contact for contract
purchase orders and accruals
Meet financial targets
Provide regular management reports
Support asset audit preparation
Prepare yearly HS&E audits
Enforce zero tolerance for unsafe practices
Manage local Security supplier
Support annual APR audits
Comply with all JLL and clients HS&E requirements
Develop and implement improved processes
Enhance service delivery
Set up process documentation for initiatives and SOPs
Exchange ideas with DACH and European counterparts
Create a hospitable approach
