Must Have
5–8+ years of experience in events, community, workplace experience, employee engagement, or employer branding, Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-visibility events, Experience working in European contexts, Familiarity sourcing venues and managing suppliers in major cities
Nice to Have
Hands-on ownership of event execution in Barcelona hub, Support delivery across London and Kyiv

You’ll be joining our Workplace Experience team, the group responsible for shaping how Preplers connect, collaborate, and experience our culture across our office hubs. The team works at the intersection of strategy, operations, and experience design, partnering closely with People & Culture, Employer Brand, and teams across the company. You’ll work hand in hand with our Senior Manager of Workplace Experience, co-owning our community and event strategy, and collaborate closely with our Workplace Experience Specialist to bring engaging events to life in our hubs in Barcelona, London, and Kyiv. Our mission is simple but ambitious: to create meaningful moments that reflect Preply’s culture and support high performance, belonging, and connection.
