Assist with UKG timeclock profile setup
Assist with UKG timeclock training
Arrange new hire setups
Arrange contractor setups
Arrange visitor setups
Assist with team lunches
Assist with employee events
Attend Social Committee meetings
Assist in planning events
Assist in prepping events
Assist in executing events
Manage visitor events
Coordinate visitor events
Handle vendor accounts
Handle vendor invoices
Keep vendor information up-to-date
Manage Medius approvals
Place office supply orders
Place team supply orders
Place department supply orders
Manage ink/toner inventory
Maintain printer ink/toner
Place equipment service calls
Handle shredding document pick-ups
Arrange extra shredding pick-ups
