What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in administrative, workplace, or facilities coordination roles, organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), comfort with team member management platforms (e. g. , Workday, Jira, Envoy), Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail, Ability to work independently, collaborating effectively across teams, Commitment to delivering white-glove service, high degree of professionalism, urgency, Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, proactively identify and implement improvements
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent college coursework, High-level enthusiasm for workplace operations and process optimization, Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Ownership mindset, drive for excellence and accountability, Ability to receive and apply feedback in a calm, professional, and action-driven manner
What You'll Do.
Serve as first point of contact for office services
Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting guests
Manage office services including inventory
Partner with property management for standards
Own management of workplace experience requests
Support coordination of events
Participate in safety program
Scanning benefits and payroll documents
Monitor and manage administrative workflows
Apply continuous improvement practices
Uphold confidentiality standards
