What You'll Do.

Oversee daily office operations and facilities management

Manage the visitor and access control process

Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies

Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Manage the local ticketing platform and internal requests

Oversee workplace scheduling and coordination

Coordinate workplace events and daily perks

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Serve as a cross-functional liaison, collaborating with IT for technical support; collaborating with Finance for expense tracking and invoices; collaborating with the People Team to facilitate resource setup for new hire onboarding
