This role involves engaging with employees and building strong working relationships. You will be understanding their wants and needs to ensure they feel valued, looked after and are able to work in an inclusive and productive environment. This role will be best suited to an individual that not only has strong experiences in this field but one that is comfortable working independently. You will, however, be part of a wider global team that you can draw experience from but you will need to be a self starter, be able to think on your feet and demonstrate your experience through actions in a small but diverse workplace. This is an exciting time for our client and you will bring your expertise to bear.
