What You'll Do.

This role requires bilingual capabilities and strong customer service and financial acumen. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **Financial Support & Operations ** • Support financial oversight including budget analysis, variance reporting, and cost optimization initiatives • Process supplier services and invoices within established guidelines, and implement financial controls for procurement • Assist with monthly/quarterly variance reports using strong MS Excel capabilities and contribute to annual budget planning • Ensure compliance with client-specific billing requirements and audit standards **Facilities Operations & Client Service ** • Coordinate maintenance activities and provide support to vendors while managing work orders through CMMS (Corrigo) • Conduct facility inspections, oversee preventative maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot AV equipment issues • Act as primary client interface, cultivate strong relationships **Technology & System Management ** • Provide AV support for conference rooms including troubleshooting projectors, video conferencing, and presentation technology • Coordinate communications through MS Teams/Outlook and maintain CMMS system integrity **Emergency Response & Vendor Management ** • Implement and maintain emergency response protocols including weather-related procedures for Caribbean oper
