Your Impact Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-functioning and organized environment. Liaise with key stakeholders to create a positive workplace experience and make the office a destination. Support and coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events. Monitor office operations, support ticket queue, and resolve questions with comprehensive answers. Ensure a smooth experience for guests and visitors. Adhere to the operating budget for the office support model and day-to-day operations. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations. Ensure best practices for physical security, health, and safety. Coordinate with the IT team in support of new hires, telecom, and videoconferencing, as needed.
