What You'll Do.
Serve as the single point of contact for all workplace needs
and packages end-to-end
Own the food and snack program from ordering to replenishment
ensuring the kitchen is always stocked and the program reflects what the team actually wants
Ensure every in-office new hire has a seamless
welcoming experience from day one: desk set up
office tour completed
and a warm welcome that makes people feel at home before they've had their first meeting
Plan and execute team events
and culture-building activities that are genuinely engaging and reinforce a positive office culture
Serve as the go-to problem solver for workplace challenges
proactively identifying and implementing operational improvements
