What They're Looking For.
Must Have
prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or other related fields, understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management, knowledgeable in various property systems, proven track record of flawless project execution, all while following company standards and procedures, ability to interact with the general client staff and vendors to deliver efficient services, ability to address conflicts and conflicting priorities effectively, excellent communicator who always faces customers with a smile, even when times get rough occasionally, Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and address any issues related to soft services, Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers/vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements, Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality and effectiveness of soft services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary, Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to soft services, implementing innovative solutions and technologies to enhance service delivery
What You'll Do.
Performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained
Providing admin support including front desk duties

Working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements
Ensure messaging is consistent and in line with requests received from the user
Respond to user inquiries and concerns promptly and with courtesy and enthusiasm
Build relationships by engaging clients in genuine
personable conversations
Create WOW experiences by anticipating client needs and seizing the acting on them before being requested
Taking part in the procurement of vendors and services
Ensuring everyone’s health and safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place and order
Carrying out safe workplace procedures
Helping implement and manage risk management programs
disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Following escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm’s guidelines and strategies
