Develop and distribute dining communications
Respond promptly to service requests
Create welcoming dining environments
Conduct weekly floor ambassador walks
Perform weekly 'moments that matter' walks
Conduct daily front of house inspections
Conduct daily back of house inspections
Report identified issues to Café Manager
Inspect kitchenettes regularly
Verify water and coffee machines are stocked
Address equipment issues promptly
