What You'll Do.
Serve as point of contact for client inquiries
Build relationships with client employees
Welcome employees at reception
Walk floors to ensure workspaces are stocked
Respond to requests within one day
Manage employee ID card lifecycle
Process visitors through security protocols
Conduct building orientations for new hires
Identify potential risks and escalate
Schedule preventive maintenance visits
Coordinate with technicians
Serve as liaison between facilities management
Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments

Provide light facilities support
Coordinate Ambassador services
Ensure services are executed per SLAs
Work collaboratively within the account team
