What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1-2 years of experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or hospitality, Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Dependable and punctual, with a sense of ownership and accountability, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately, Enthusiasm for creating a great in-office employee experience and maintains a positive can-do attitude

Nice to Have

Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced corporate environment, Familiarity with office access control systems (e. g. , KISI) or similar tools is preferred, Event coordination or vendor management experience is preferred

Front desk operations
