What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of facility management, property administration, or workplace services experience with demonstrated customer service excellence, understanding of workplace culture development, employee engagement metrics, and satisfaction measurement tools, Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel for reporting), TEAMS, and mobile applications for work order management, Exceptional organizational and management skills with proven ability to multi-task, prioritize competing responsibilities, and work independently without constant supervision, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders including employees, vendors, and executive leadership, Basic knowledge of building systems and technical skills including mechanical and electrical systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements, alignment with JLL core behaviors: Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, Certification in Facilities Management (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or related professional credentials, Experience with event planning, employee program coordination, hospitality service delivery, or workplace technology platforms and space management software, Previous vendor management experience for hospitality or employee service providers in corporate environments, Crisis communication protocol implementation experience for workplace emergencies or service disruptions, Knowledge of sustainability practices, workplace wellness initiatives, and space planning methodologies that prioritize employee collaboration and diverse work styles, Project coordination experience including budget tracking, timeline management, and cross-functional team collaboration
