Must Have
5+ years’ experience in change management, workplace strategy or workplace transformation, Experience supporting workplace change, relocation, hybrid working or organisational transformation projects, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, Confidence working with senior client stakeholders across business, people and project teams, Experience developing communication, engagement and adoption strategies, A understanding of workplace culture, employee experience and how people interact with space, Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both verbal and written, A collaborative mindset and interest in working within multidisciplinary design teams
What You'll Do.
Lead change management across workplace design and transformation projects
Develop and deliver change strategies for workplace transformation
Partner with workplace strategists
designers and project managers
Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs
interviews and engagement sessions
Develop stakeholder engagement plans
communication strategies
Support the development of workplace vision
behavioural principles
Assess readiness for change and identify risks
Create communication and engagement materials
Advise clients on employee experience
Collaborate with occupancy planning

Measure the effectiveness of change activity
Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals
Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building
