What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Services, or related field—or equivalent experience, 2+ years managing ADA/accommodation or related HR casework, Working knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, and EEOC guidance, and relevant state laws (WA & OR)
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, unionized work environments, or large complex organizations, Experience using leave/accommodation case management platforms (e. g. , HR Acuity), Relevant certifications such as SHRM‑CP, PHR, CLMS, CPDM or related
