Full Job Description
At Quantum Systems, we are shaping the future of AI-powered robotics and autonomous systems. Our Strategic Communications team drives the company’s global positioning across media, political stakeholders, industry partners, and the public. To support our growing international communications activities, we are looking for a motivated Working Student Strategic Communications to join our team. #### What is your Day to Day Mission: * Support the preparation of daily and weekly media monitoring reports for the Executive Leadership Team and C-Level stakeholders * Assist in the preparation and coordination of media interviews, press engagements, events, and communication briefings * Support the Global Strategic Communications Team with organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations * Maintain and update media databases, press contact lists, communication trackers, and press materials * Help prepare presentations, briefing documents, talking points, and background materials * Support internal coordination with international teams and external communication partners ## Requirements #### What you bring to the team: * Enrolled student in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field * Strong interest in strategic communications, media relations, defence, technology, or geopolitical topics * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus * Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset * Confident handling of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools #### Why Quantum-Systems: We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.
