For our Vattenfall Business Control department we are now looking for a Working Student – Risk Management (Quality Check & Risk Assessment Scheduling) to support BU Solar & Batteries in BA Wind for our office in Berlin. Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like Solar and Batteries. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we - have a clear strategy to develop our Solar and Batteries operations further. Project Objective: We are looking for a Working Student to support Risk Management activities for hybrid parks (Solar + Battery), with a strong focus on quality assurance of risk documentation and planning/scheduling risk assessments and workshops. As working student in the Controlling Risk Management you will have the following key tasks: Key Responsibilities * Quality Assessment (QA) + Control (QC) * Perform structured quality checks on risk registers, action logs, workshop minutes, and risk manager reports (completeness, consistency, traceability, version control). * Validate data quality (e.g., missing treatment action, logic checks, naming conventions, duplicates) and raise issues proactively. * Risk Assessment Planning & Scheduling * Using MS Project to do Plan and schedule risk assessments/workshops with internal and external stakeholders (calendar coordination, invitations, agendas, logistics, follow-ups). * Track open actions, due dates, and escalation triggers; ensure
