What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field, Interest in Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, business intelligence, or B2B SaaS, Analytical mindset with confidence working with spreadsheets, structured data, and dashboards, Interest in modern GTM and revenue technology such as Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools, Curiosity around AI, automation, and operational efficiency, Organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work, Proactive communication skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects, Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
What You'll Do.
Support data collection
and enrichment across our GTM technology stack
Assist with recurring reporting
and operational analysis for GTM leadership
Help monitor and maintain key Revenue Operations metrics
Support the testing and optimisation of AI-powered workflows and automation tools
Research emerging AI and GTM technologies and summarise findings for the wider team
Document GTM processes and help create structured operational playbooks
Assist with internal workshops
and strategic project coordination
Support initiatives across territory planning

The Role As a Working Student within Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy, you will support Lucanet’s Revenue Architecture & Operations team in building and scaling a modern B2B SaaS revenue engine. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Revenue Operations, GTM strategy, AI tooling, and operational process improvement within a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Revenue Operations and GTM teams, helping to improve processes, support strategic initiatives, and explore how AI and automation can drive operational efficiency.
