What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or similar, Hands-on mindset, interested to learn how Procurement works in day-to-day operations, Able to identify issues, source of concerns and propose solutions, analytical thinking and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and insights, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Experience with SharePoint, PowerQueries, PowerBI and PowerAutomate is a plus, initial experience with spend analytics tools (e. g. Ariba, Sievo), eProcurement tools (e. g. Keelvar) or contract management tools (e, g, Icertis), Fluency in German skills are an advantage but not required
What You'll Do.
Support ongoing Procurement projects
such as market analysis
negotiations and implementation
Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the Procurement team
Create and optimize local reports and dashboards to visualize data
trends and KPIs and to support monitoring of suppliers’ performance
Support the Implementation of key COE tools such as iCertis and Keelvar
Monitor suppliers’ investment in sustainable practices
such as SEDEX registration and audits
or review of sustainable sourcing of raw materials
Support with the migration projects
