Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools, interest in digital tools, automation, and AI tools, Interest in new trends and best practices in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement, Structured, process-oriented, and detail-oriented way of working, organizational and communication skills, Proactive, reliable, and self-driven with a hands-on mindset, Creative thinking and willingness to contribute new ideas and improvements, Ability to work independently in a remote or flexible work environment, Very good English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
First experience in HR, consulting, project management, or student initiatives
What You'll Do.
Support coordination and administration of Talent Management programs
Assist in planning learning and development initiatives
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Help structure and improve Talent Management processes
Support project planning and coordination
Prepare presentations and reports
Maintain training content and documentation
Support communication with managers and employees
Assist with surveys and feedback processes
Research digital tools and AI solutions
