About the Role: Planet is looking for an Onboarding Specialist Working Student to support onboarding programs that help customers successfully adopt and use Planet data, platforms, and workflows. In this role, you will support customer onboarding activities, assist with training sessions and communications, and help maintain resources that enable customers to quickly realize value from Planet products. You will work closely with the Onboarding Specialist, as well as Customer Success, Support, Education, and Solutions teams to support onboarding delivery across customer segments. This role combines customer-facing coordination with operational support and content maintenance to help ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience.
