Full Job Description
In this role, you’ll support our Client Service team with the smooth execution of customer campaigns, helping with reporting, data analysis, project coordination, and creative setup. You’ll work hands-on with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Trello, keep multiple timelines on track, and help improve (and gradually automate) recurring processes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Support our Client Service team in day-to-day operations and keep a clear overview even when multiple campaigns are kicking off at the same time. - Create campaign reports, analyze performance data, and turn insights into clear, compelling strategy presentations. - Take ownership of project management tasks: maintain Trello boards, coordinate requests with our Campaign Management team (e.g., screenshots), and keep Excel trackers and overviews up to date. - Support the creation and assembly of ad creatives in close collaboration with our designers. - Help identify manual processes, improve them, and gradually automate recurring tasks.
