Full Job Description
Mission Brief As a working student within the system integration team, you will find yourself at the heart of product design related efforts across Isar Aerospace. You will follow hardware from its early conception to its integration into the final product, while expected to provide your assistance throughout the whole process. Furthermore, you will work closely with a passionate team as well as the rest of highly motivated colleagues across other teams/departments. You will play a crucial role in getting our orbital launch vehicle designed and built. Your Role in Our Space Mission Hardware design and development from concept to manufacturing drawings Integration of designs into global assemblies Communication with affected stakeholders (e. g. production, assembly, other engineering departments) Support non-conformity tracking and resolution along with associated design improvement work Support fluid system hardware related test preparations Support with database maintenance Qualification Checklist Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e. g. Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering) Located in or near Munich as the job requires on site work Fluent in English Experience with design engineering tools such as NX, TeamCenter, Solidworks or similar Awareness of various manufacturing methods (e. g. milling, turning, metal sheet, composite or additive manufacturing) Experience with standards (e. g.
