What You'll Do.
Set up AI-based workflows (using tools like Claude Cowork) to manage Higher Education accounts and streamline content operations
Help design and deliver AI Process Engineer workshops — part of Tulip's effort to certify thousands of AI Process Engineers across our customer base
Build new Tulip University courses — draft scripts
and write step-by-step instructions
Update existing course content using AI-assisted workflows
and support Tulip University's LMS migration (asset preparation
Support Higher Education partners — answer platform questions
manage Salesforce records
analyze account usage
and draft an out-of-the-box curriculum for use in lectures and labs

Working Hours: 20h/week | Duration: 6 months minimum | Start Date: June 2026 (or by mutual agreement) Location: Munich – We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week. About You: You're a Master's student looking for six months of hands-on work in customer enablement, AI tooling, and enterprise SaaS. You're comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for real work.
