Full Job Description
You will support our team in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of process automations and data-driven analyses. Your responsibilities will include: * Contributing to the development and implementation of process automations (e.g. using Power Automate, Power BI) to increase the efficiency of internal workflows * Supporting the preparation and analysis of data within subsidy programs, in particular the identification and documentation of activities * Assisting in the creation and maintenance of automated verification and compliance processes in accordance with internal and external guidelines * Preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders * Supporting day-to-day operational and organizational tasks within program management **Your Profile** * Currently enrolled student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field * Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus * Confident in working with MS Office; experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate is an advantage * Strong analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style * Interest in the intersection of technical processes, data analysis, and business topics **What NXP Offers** * An attractive hourly wage of €18.90 * 30 vacation days per year * Flexible working hours * The possibility to work in a hybrid setup * Access to an on-site cafeteria * Networking initiatives and Employee Resource Groups such as Young Community, No Extra Planet, NXP Equal, Women in NXP, and more — fostering both professional and personal exchange Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
