Full Job Description
At Seven Senders, we connect people and markets, making international shipping simple. We are Europe’s leading platform for cross-border parcel delivery, supporting e-commerce companies in scaling internationally and reaching millions of consumers across borders. By combining cutting-edge technology with strong local carrier networks, we ensure parcels move efficiently from warehouse to doorstep — whether speed or cost efficiency is the priority. Founded in Berlin in 2015, Seven Senders has grown into a team of 200+ logistics and tech experts. Today, we proudly work with clients such as Flaconi, Shop Apotheke, and Tamaris, shaping the future of European delivery together. AI is one of our top strategic priorities at Seven Senders, and we are serious about making it real. We have launched a dedicated AI Taskforce to help our teams identify, design, and implement use cases that make everyday work simpler and faster. As a Working Student in our AI Taskforce, you are at the center of that effort, not just supporting it. You will work directly with business teams across the company — attending workshops to understand where the friction is, translating that into concrete requirements, and building solutions hands-on. You will be a builder and a bridge: technical enough to execute, structured enough to define, and communicative enough to work side-by-side with colleagues who do not share your technical background. Your main responsibilities: * Partner with teams across departments to turn AI use cases with measurable impact into working solutions from scoping to production * Translate process knowledge from operational colleagues into clear, executable requirements * Build automation hands-on using LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms (Claude, Make.com, or similar), scripts, and APIs * Measure what you ship: track time saved, error rates, and volume handled to verify solutions actually deliver * Document every engagement thoroughly so that solutions can be maintained, understo
