What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HR and Payroll transformation services in multiple industries, Proven expertise in spearheading initiatives related to talent intelligence, skills-based architecture, skills marketplaces, and labour data analysis, Demonstrated experience in one or more Workforce Transformation areas, track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, Experience with assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts, client relationships driven by service excellence, Creative approach to solving client challenges, Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments, A communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts, Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended, Have already obtained or have the ability to obtain federal government security clearance
