Workforce Transformation Analyst **The Opportunity****:** As a Workforce Transformation Analyst, you’ll help clients close the gap between the current talent management state and their strategic goals. Leveraging your experience or degree in human capital, industrial organizational psychology, or business, you’ll apply a data-driven, human-centered approach to diagnose challenges and implement solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness.
