What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field, Minimum 2 years of WIOA program experience, 2 years in a quality assurance, compliance, or performance-focused role, Knowledge of WIOA regulations, documentation standards, and performance metrics, Demonstrated ability to lead monitoring processes, Translate data into actionable insights, High level of self-direction, Proven ability to hold teams accountable, Proficiency in case management systems, Microsoft Office experience, Valid driver's license, Valid automobile insurance
Nice to Have
Combination of lesser education and relevant experience, Experience with data tools like SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) or similar platform
What You'll Do.
Conduct regular and systematic monitoring of WIOA case
Ensure eligibility documents are present
Ensure Individual Employment Plans are participant-centered
Ensure measurable skills gains
Track contract performance goals and federal performance indicators
Develop and implement a continuous quality improvement process
Utilize data-driven tools to support predictive analysis and
Prepare and present performance and quality reports to
Partner with frontline managers and staff to provide
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained
Lead internal file reviews prior to state and
Support the design and delivery of staff development
