EOC is responsible for advocating, administering, implementing, and monitoring the Department’s Title VI Nondiscrimination Program, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)program, Unified Certification Program, Small Business Program, Equal Opportunity Contractor Compliance Program, Americans with Disabilities Act Program, On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program, and University Collaborations/ HBCU Outreach. The primary purpose of the Workforce Program Analyst: External Workforce Development Program position is effectively implementing the workforce development program. The position is comprehensive, coordinative, consultative, analytical, and advisory work involving independent consultation, technical assistance, and program project oversight. The position is responsible for the management of a portfolio of professional development, custom training, and youth programs related to the construction industry.
