**Workforce Planning Specialist :** State Street is seeking energetic and data savvy individuals to join our Workforce Planning & Insights team as a Workforce Planning Specialist. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for operations to deliver an efficient and effective position management process. The Workforce Planning Specialist will play a critical role in State Street’s workforce planning strategy with a particular focus on: • Providing accurate data input that supports headcount and demand forecasting and planning decisions • Providing position management support for managers and senior leaders This position will interact frequently with managers in North America, EMEA and APAC, and other members of a global HR team. **You Will:** • Execute on key operations and data processing tasks to support position management • Maintain accurate position details and data consistency in the position management system • Represent the Workforce Planning & Insights team in regular interactions with managers and senior leaders • Encourage data-based decisions and promote an organized position management process • Collaborate with global team members to provide timely and seamless response to client requests • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all records and information **What we value:** • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface confidently with senior leaders • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing demands of the business, deliver results with a sense of urgency, and thrive in a fast paced environment • The ability to communicate technical work to a non-technical audience • Good attention to detail and the ability to foster consistent operational practices in collaboration with a global team • Someone who looks for opportunities to improve processes **Education & Preferred Qualifications:** • Degree in Business, Economics, or the equivalent • Technical background or operational experience **Good to
