What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of working experience in performing HR reporting and analysis, Bachelor’s degree - Field of study in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management a plus, verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate reporting and analytical insights to a non-technical audience, Proven ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
Nice to Have
