Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field, 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, payroll processing, workforce management, Excellent knowledge of ERGANI, EFKA procedures, payroll regulations, Solid understanding of current Greek labor and social security legislation, Ability to handle confidential information, solve problems effectively, Ability to meet deadlines, Professional certification (office: outlook, excel)

Familiarity with Business Payroll software by Epsilon Net
What You'll Do.
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes
Enter and manage work schedules
Collect and analyse payroll data
Produce necessary payroll calculations
Act as key contact for payroll/HR queries
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Maintain accurate employee records
Manage reporting requirements
Handle customer inquiries and requests
Process full payroll cycle
Provide labor law advice
Perform administration tasks
