Permanent Part-time role 20 hours per week - 70k base plus super We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing emergency shift coverage, ensuring internal casual staff are utilised effectively, and supporting system-based workforce management processes to minimise reliance on external agencies. This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy of rostering systems, submitting and actioning shift changes and supporting workforce reporting to help meet our strategic staffing goals.
