What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years experience in workforce development, HR, or education partnerships
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain partnerships with workforce agencies
Serve as primary point of contact for external
Align curriculum and training with workforce needs
and sustain apprenticeship programs
Support workforce recruiting and pre-employment training
Support labor market insights and hiring programs
Represent organization at community events and career fairs
Support development of early talent pipelines
Support implementation of workforce development programs
Coordinate hiring pipeline activities
Translate workforce plans into execution
Ensure alignment between pipeline efforts and hiring
Support onboarding and role-based training programs
Ensure new hires are prepared for production roles
Track time-to-productivity and readiness metrics
Assist with reskilling and upskilling initiatives
Track metrics related to talent pipelines
Maintain records of partnership activities
Provide insights on pipeline effectiveness
Support reporting for leadership
Work closely with plant leadership and HR
Support on-site hiring events
Support plant tours and onboarding activities
Communicate workforce programs and opportunities
