Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education degree, Education degree, Organizational Development degree, Industrial Relations degree, Engineering Technology degree, College diploma in related discipline, Substantive experience in program development, Substantive experience in training delivery, 5 years progressive experience in L&D, 5 years progressive experience in instructional design, 5 years progressive experience in workforce development
