🗓️ Workforce Coordinator – OSHC Due to continued success, MACSEYE is looking for a Workforce Coordinator! This is to support our increasing number of services and an opportunity to join MACSEYE at an exciting stage of growth. As a Workforce Coordinator at MACSEYE, you’ll sit at the centre of our operations, ensuring our OSHC and holiday programs are consistently staffed, compliant, and set up to deliver exceptional experiences for children every day. Supporting 110+ services (and growing) , you’ll coordinate rostering across a dynamic, multi-site environment where no two days look the same. Working closely with Area Managers, Service Coordinators, and the wider Services team, you’ll help solve staffing challenges, juggle competing priorities, and keep everything running smoothly. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can adapt quickly when things shift. Prior experience in OSHC, kindergarten, primary and/or long day care is strongly preferred. Don't miss out and apply now!
