Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, minimum of 4 years related experience, Workforce planning and resource allocation knowledge, Analytical skills and data proficiency, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management, Organizational and multitasking abilities, Adaptability and proactive problem-solving
Nice to Have
Experience in a technical/Professional Services delivery organization, Familiar with PSA platforms, Microsoft Office Product Suite, Smartsheet, SharePoint, PBI, etc., High-level understanding of core technology domains (infrastructure, cloud, automation and security), Background in professional services delivery for enterprise IT, managed services, or technology exposure to HPE product/service lines or GreenLake, Vendor Management and Global Procurement background

Maintain workforce skills database
Serve as contact between delivery teams and talent pools
Facilitate onboarding of new resources into projects
Generate and analyze workforce utilization reports
Respond to shifting business demands by reallocating resources
