The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Patient Access as an exciting opportunity for a full time **Workforce Analyst-Remote (Tri-County Area).** **Core Job Summary:** The Workforce Analyst is responsible for creating operating reports to assist leadership in managing their daily operations. Creates ad-hoc analysis of clinical activity and operations with a goal of maximizing access to and utilization of services. The analyst, reporting accesses processes and data to analyze, communicates and identifies opportunities to meet patient demands. **Core Responsibilities:** * Creates and presents reports and tools to department staff and leadership and ensures that information provided is understood and used appropriately. * Analyzes clinical performance in order to facilitate patient access to care. * Monitors utilization and demand metric and makes recommendations. * Documents business process improvements. * Monitors overbooking and under-booking of provider schedules. * Provides support to departments performing quality assurance checks on assigned schedules. * Supports the labor negotiation process by collecting information from HR systems and other sources, as appropriate. * Coordinates and oversees team initiatives and projects. * Provides coaching and training to less experienced analysts, as needed. * Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. **_This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary._
