SteadyMD initially launched in two states: California and Missouri. By 2018, the company was licensed, operating, and providing care in all 50 states. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, automation-minded **Workforce AI Optimization Analyst** to support forecasting, staffing, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys data, building tools, and improving how teams work. * Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs, maintaining files, and validating trends. * Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for WFM and staffing metrics. * Help automate manual workflows across WFM (reporting, trackers, alerts, data pulls). * Support recruiting and training planning by optimizing the hiring funnel, onboarding throughput, and ramp performance. * Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring (volume vs staffing, SLA risk, schedule gaps). * Document processes and create repeatable reporting/automation playbooks. * Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making for ad hoc and on-going reports. * Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and frameworks to identify trends to maintain best and cutting edge practices in AI. * Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in workforce an
