Nice to Have
Experience building reports or dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a plus)., Previous experience in a B2B SaaS start-up preferred, Experience in healthcare is a bonus, as well as exposure to WFM concepts (forecasting, staffing, scheduling), familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, or training operations.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, automation-minded **Workforce AI Optimization Analyst** to support forecasting, staffing, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics.
