What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years in an Ambulatory EHR environment, Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, Knowledge of athenahealth’s suite of tools, Previous healthcare operations experience working with physicians and medical group staff
What You'll Do.
Deliver pre-live training to providers
and administrative staff focused on efficiency
and population health initiatives.
Lead onsite and virtual training events for existing market and new market implementations
Assist in the development of web-based eLearnings and knowledge library
Conduct training sessions for key stakeholders and end users
Assist in efforts to improve or redesign the training program at the national level
Create and report on KPI trends and performance
highlight key insights and strategize on opportunities to improve end user efficiency.
Create and maintain athenaOne best practice guides and resources
