This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment. **The skills you’ll be doing** To be successful in this role you should have: **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable. **Experience** : * Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment. **Skills:** * Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. **Competencies:** * Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions. * Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy. * Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effect
