Review annual merit increase data

Manage execution of compensation policies
Manage administration of compensation policies
Manage day-to-day compensation activities
Manage salary banding allocation
Manage bonus agreements
Manage survey participation
Manage specific ad hoc requests
Deliver analytical analysis on internal compensation
Make recommendations on compensation
Provide advice on performance management
Provide coaching on performance management
Partner with stakeholders
Address performance gaps
Facilitate discussions on appropriate action
Provide coaching to managers on performance
