Must Have

Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent, Business acumen: A understanding of HR business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them., Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the company and cross-functional teams, Deep Workday expertise: . In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Payroll., Technical proficiency: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including a understanding of Workday architecture, system logic and configuration., Problem-solving skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues, Relevant years of recent experience working on Workday for a global professional services environment, specifically in support of HR functions., Excel in translation technical solution that is meaningful to HR and leadership., Experience in project delivery framework practices, including agile, iterative and waterfall project delivery methodologies., Good exposure of senior stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its subsets will be an added advantage
