5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking), Experience in end-to-end implementation, Phase -X projects, AMS functional support roles, Experience in HRIS, system analysis, or data migration support roles

Configure time entry templates & Setup time calculation rules
Configure work schedules & shifts & support time-based integrations with Payroll
Configure and optimize Business Processes
Setup condition rules & validation rules
Configure security roles & domain security policies & troubleshoot workflow issues
Workday Release Management and Experience in Handling workday team
Design and develop integration using - EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Workday Studio & Cloud Connect
Inbound & outbound integrations & third-party vendor integrations (Benefits
Create calculated fields (Advanced level) & build Advanced
and Composite Reports
Support data migration & tenant management
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define requirements and create functional specifications

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced (5 to 10 Years) Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll & Integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional configuration knowledge combined with technical capabilities in integrations, reporting, and data migration. This role requires leading implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
